Mr. Cyril Ugochukwu Ulieme, aka "Mambo", age 71, of St. Marys, GA, formerly of Jacksonville, FL and Nigeria, transitioned from this life on Monday, October 6, 2025 at his residence in St. Marys, GA, USA.

Cyril moved to the USA from Nigeria in 1978 to start a new life on American soil. He earned a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.

After completing his education, he was employed by Detroit Public Schools where he taught Middle and High School students for over 10 years before moving to Georgia in the early 2000's.

Cyril leaves behind 3 beautiful daughters: Lauren Ulieme, Phoenix, AZ, Trisha McGriff (Justin), Savannah, GA, and Raven Ulieme, Kingsland, GA, as well as a host of close relatives living both in Nigeria and abroad.

Final arrangements for the Ulieme family are in the care of Carthage Chapel Funeral Home, 929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL.
