Evelyn Bell Jackson a resident of Jacksonville, Florida was born on January 29, 1936, in Elberton, Georgia. At a young age she attended school and became a Registered Health Care Nursing Assistant.

She was a member of New Good Shephard Baptist Church.  A beautiful life of eighty-nine years ended on November 21, 2025.

Evelyn is survived by her son, Keith Lamar Jolly, cousins Pastor Carl Williams, Sandora Jackson, and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Jackson's Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Carthage Chapel Funeral Home, Inc., 929 West Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
